Questions & Answers

Common questions about appointments, fees, immigration applications, and how Syed Solicitors can assist.

How do I book an appointment?
Call +44 or email info@syedsolicitors.lawyer. Consultations are strictly by appointment only and may be arranged in person, by telephone, or by video conference.
What information should I prepare before a consultation?
Bring or send your current immigration status documents, refusal letters if any, Home Office correspondence, passport details, and a short timeline of your matter.
Do you provide fixed fees?
Where appropriate, a guide fee or fixed fee estimate may be provided after assessing the facts and complexity of your matter.
Are Home Office fees included in the professional fees?
No. Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, Tribunal fees, expert reports, interpreters, translations, and barrister fees are separate third-party costs.
Can you help if my visa has been refused?
Yes. Syed Solicitors can review the refusal, advise on the merits of appeal, administrative review, judicial review, reconsideration, or a fresh application.
Does submitting the enquiry form create a solicitor-client relationship?
No. A solicitor-client relationship is created only once the firm has agreed to act and the formal client-care process has been completed.
